Necessary Qualifications
- PhD in Biology or Biology/Science Education
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong analytical skills
Additional Highly Desirable Skills
- Teaching experience
- Prior experience in both quantitative and qualitative educational research
- Background in Philosophy of Science / Nature of Science
